Even with 15 years’ experience, real estate is a fast-paced, ever-changing business, so keeping on top of what’s new, what’s good and what helps is key. Often times, I travel throughout the US to take a class to learn something new; in this way I’m able to incorporate “best of” practices by having a competitive edge and providing my clients the most up-to-date information available. While I have achieved numerous high-level real estate certifications, I am about to go for the big one, which is to sit for my Broker’s license, the most prestigious designation available to a Realtor. I also spend time each week mentoring and training new Realtors. My dad used to say, “When you’re green you grow, when you’re ripe, you wither.” So, I’ll keep learning and growing, and continue educating my clients so they can make the best, most informed decision as we work on their real estate goals.
