Dyan hosted two open house events. Our home sold at the second event and Dyan helped us to the very end... with contractors, inspections, and negotiations. There are three areas in particular where she excelled at: 1. setting the price, 2. Interpersonal skills, and 3. negotiating. I'm thankful she was our agent.
