We had Dyan as our agent during the recent purchase of our home. For the entire summer and fall, Dyan showed us homes in Chestnut Hill, Ardmore, Bryn Mawr and Haverford. This is my 5th experience purchasing a home. Dyan brought a lot of value to our process of searching for a home.

There were days in our search when Dyan would meet us at 8:30 am and show us tirelessly home after home till almost dinner time. Her patience with our knit picking and detail oriented personalities was infinite. Her extensive knowledge of the area and local people was quite impressive. But most of all Dyan made the house shopping experience fun for me due to her great humor, fairness, professionalism, and great disposition. At every home, she would have the tour prepared as a professional guide, putting herself in our "shoes" figuratively speaking, since she had memorized our needs.

When we arrived at the phase of the actual purchase, Dyan spent countless hours, above and beyond the call of duty, researching various unexpected issues for us that surfaced in the purchasing process, connected us with local service groups needed for the various stages of inspection, played the role of liaison with the seller's agent on countless occasions, and more, all with the same cheerful disposition, always happy to hear from me.

I have nothing but praise for Dyan Nelson Blass. I consider ourselves to have been really fortunate to have found her to help us buy a home. She is passionate about her job but especially about helping people be able to have their dream home.
