About Dyan Nelson Blass
Exceptional Properties Deserve Exceptional Services
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a real estate professional serving Center City and The Main Line, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about educating my clients, communication, and putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener and a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.
For twenty years prior to real estate, my business was marketing and advertising. During that time, I was owner and President of my own successful Advertising Agency. In that role, I worked with clients whose needs crossed many thresholds, and required a finesse and appreciation for their market position, their buget and their needs. I bring those same skills into my real estate practice, with the benefit of unusally strong and effective marketing techniques for each and every home I market, and for the negotiations I successfully handle.
The range of services I provide my current clients is also unusually strong, and my team and I are able to put every aspect of a real estate transaction in motion quickly and efficiently.
To serve my clients so well, I spend a great deal of time analyzing the market, watching it move into the various stages, and communicate the facts and how they impact my clients, turning them into benefits.
My strong business background, my knowledge of the latest cutting-edge marketing techniques, my own real estate investment experience, and my drive and enthusiasm, have helped me perform at the highest levels. Serving my industry and the community at-large is also important to me, so I contribute time and effort to a number of important causes: The Professional Advisory Council of the Suburban West Realtors Association, where I help "raise the bar" of standards and goals. In 2007, in cooperation with Habitat for Humanity, I was honored with 21 other PA Realtors to help build homes in devasted areas in New Orleans. Most importantly, there is my family, my daily inspiration. With my husband, Joe, an avid golfer, three grown daughters, two four-legged "sons," Tommy and Tucker, and my in-laws who now live with us, I am grounded and centered on what is important in my personal life.
Thank you for visiting my site. Come back often to see new updates, new features and perhaps a short story or two (my blog will be posted as soon as I can figure out how to do it!). My goal is to serve your needs beginning here and now. So when you decide that you'd like or need to buy or sell a home in the The Main Line or in Center City, please contact me. It will be one of the best decisions you could make.
